We take great pride in our curation and ensure that every bag undergoes a thorough cleaning process before being listed for sale. However, because these items have been previously owned and used, they are not brand new.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Items may exhibit minor physical imperfections or signs of normal wear.
- Items may carry faint, lingering scents from their previous life, despite our rigorous cleaning efforts.
- These characteristics are a natural part of the pre-loved luxury experience and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Securing Your Item & Payment Policy All items on Look It Bags are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To successfully secure your bag, full payment of the item’s listed price is required upfront. We cannot place bags on hold or reserve them without full payment. The shipping process will only be initiated once your payment has been successfully received and cleared.
4. Shipping Rates and Dispatch Please note that the product prices listed on our website do not include shipping fees.
- Requesting a Quote: Before or immediately after placing your order, you must contact us directly (via our Contact page or WhatsApp) to receive an accurate shipping rate for your specific location.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for all shipping and delivery costs.
- Dispatch: Your bag will be packaged and shipped out to you only after both the bag’s purchase price and the agreed-upon shipping fees have been paid in full.
